Interior the navigator features seating for up to 7|leather upholstery, power seats, doors and windows, am/fm/cd stereo with aux port, heated seats and steering wheel mounted controls. Established in 1974 in 1974, my father jim and i started john's auto sales. Prior to becoming a dealership, the location was my father's gas station, known as j&k gulf. During the oil crisis of the early 1970's, there was a severe gas shortage. At first, he was opposed to the idea and explained to me that if i sold cars at the gas station, customers would expect the repairs to be done for free. Being a mechanic by trade, i intended on servicing all of the customer's vehicles myself. I would accompany customers on test rides and listen to any concerns on the performance of the vehicle and addressed any and all issues while assuring their complete satisfaction and happiness with their purchase and continued maintenance of the vehicle. This 1947 lincoln continental convertible has power windows, a power convertible top and a factory am radio. It is powered by a 292 cubic-inch side valve twelve-cylinder engine capable of producing 130 horsepower. The elegant body rests comfortably on the 125 inch wheelbase. The lincoln continental was the brainchild of edsel ford and executed by ford's chief stylist, bob gregorie. The continental was introduced in 1940 as an exclusive, luxurious, handcrafted automobile for the status conscious consumer. The early continental was recognized by the museum of modern art as one of eight automotive 'works of art' and by time magazine as one of the top ten best-designed commercial products. The post-war design was a continuation of the short-lived 1942 model but with a heavier grille. Continentals continued to be a top-of-the-line automobile and were highly desired after the war.
